A photo with a coded name.
A view waiting to be found.
Hold it up, hunt it down
and watch the world fall into place.
You’ve opened the red envelope. You’ve got your Sight. Now it’s time to see where it takes you.
What Is a Sight?
More than a souvenir. A moment you have to find.
Each Sight is a photograph printed on cherry wood, capturing a real view from somewhere in Torquay—but framed just out of context.
Your challenge is to look for the hints, explore the area, follow the map and clues, and line the Sight up exactly where the photo was taken. When it matches, you’ll know. It just clicks.
How to Use Your Sight
Line it up. Feel it click.
Every Sight fits a specific 3x3ft patch of ground.
Use the clues and map from the QR code to get close.
Then, with a bit of patience and intuition, align your view.
[Tip: Close one eye to help flatten perspective. Move the Sight forward and back like an invisible trombone until the framing feels just right. Focus on the “lines” that leave the Sight, and make sure they all line up. If only some do, try moving your feet.]
When it lines up, you’re not just seeing the photo—you’re inside it.
Locally Made
Printed in South Devon. Discovered by you.
Each Sight is created here in South Devon—from photographing in Torquay to woodprint in Teignmouth—making it a true local keepsake.
It’s small enough to keep in your wallet, and personal enough to stay in your memory long after your trip. Don’t worry about the photo getting damages, they’re printed to be very sturdy.
